01
Short-stay submission goes through VFS
The Beirut mission directs visa applicants to VFS for available slots. Follow the current local instructions for your document hand-in.
02
Print and sign the ApplyVisa cover letter
The mission’s practical guidance calls for the signed cover letter, supporting documents and biometrics at the visa centre.
03
Residence-permit collection is a different route
The mission publishes separate procedures for some residents of Syria collecting residence-permit visa stickers. Those instructions are not the ordinary Lebanon tourist-visa route.
Not everyone living in Lebanon needs a visa. Confirm this before preparing a kit.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Good questions. Clear answers.
For your application from Lebanon.
Is an embassy appointment for collecting a residence-permit visa the same as a tourist application?+
No. Those are distinct services. For a new short-stay visit from Lebanon, follow the VFS submission guidance and the checklist for your actual travel purpose.
Do I need a Denmark visa if I live in Lebanon?+
Residence alone does not decide this. Your nationality, passport, existing permissions and any applicable exemptions matter. Check the Danish Immigration Service’s official list before starting.
What will my preparation kit include?+
Document-consistency review of readable supplied evidence, a personalized itinerary and budget, a personal statement, situation-specific supporting letters, official-form guidance and a circumstances explanation. Check every document against the current local official checklist. Flight tickets, hotel bookings, insurance, visa fees and appointments are not included.
Can I apply without buying a kit?+
Yes. Official application instructions are available free of charge. Our optional service helps you organize your information and prepare drafts. You remain responsible for checking and submitting the application.
Does this cover work, study or citizenship applications?+
This preparation kit is for adults preparing short tourist or family/friend visits. Work permits, long-term study, citizenship, minors and complex cases need different routes. Use the appropriate official guidance or qualified advice.
