Accounts and free downloads
Google sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and provides your verified email address, name and account identifier. Google processes this identity information to authenticate you. We keep these to create and recognise your workspace. We do not receive your Google password or access to your email messages. ChatGPT sign-in supplies a separate account identity. Provider accounts are not automatically merged. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.
Documents and preparation
PDF reading takes place in your browser. When you generate a kit, extracted document text and the details you entered are sent to our service and saved with the kit. The original uploaded files stay in your browser. Remove unnecessary identifiers before continuing. Saved kits are private to the signed-in account. Our hosting and storage providers process this information to run the service. When personalized model processing is enabled, selected submitted information is also processed by our Azure-hosted service. We do not publish customer documents.
Retention and control
Saved cases become unavailable after 90 days and are cleaned up through maintenance or workspace access. You can delete cases and their files from the workspace sooner. Learning progress is stored in your browser and, when signed in, in your account. Google sessions expire after 24 hours; sign-in setup records expire after ten minutes. Account identity is retained while you use the account. To request account deletion, access or correction, contact us using the address above. Payment records, if payments are enabled, are handled separately.
Cookies and local storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in requests. Local storage keeps language preferences, bookmarks and practice history. We do not add advertising or marketing cookies to this experience.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics in Cookie preferences, Google Analytics receives usage events such as page visits, kit starts and download-button clicks, along with browser/device information, referring website and approximate location. Google receives connection information such as your IP address when handling these requests. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. We send only known page routes, remove URL query strings and do not send names, email addresses, account IDs, application answers, document contents or case identifiers. Automatic form tracking, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We do not load Analytics before you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie preferences; we stop collection and remove our Analytics cookies. Your choice is kept in this browser for 180 days. See Google’s privacy policy. Analytics data may be processed outside your country.
Service scope
We are an independent preparation service, not a Danish government body. Our operational providers include OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting/storage infrastructure, Microsoft Azure for enabled model processing, Google Firebase for Google authentication, optional Google Analytics, and Stripe for enabled payments. These providers may process information outside your country. Azure deployment in Sweden does not guarantee EU-only processing. Do not submit data that is unnecessary for your preparation.
