Who provides the service
DenmarkConsulate.com is operated by AGI Solutions, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 37601, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Support and cancellation contact: theagisolutions@gmail.com. We are a private, independent business, not a Danish embassy, consulate, government body or VFS partner.
The preparation kit
One kit is for one adult’s proposed short tourist or family/friend visit to Denmark. It includes:
- Readable-document consistency review
- Personalized day-by-day itinerary and budget
- Editable cover letter and supporting letters
- Application-form companion for your situation
- Clear explanation of unusual circumstances
- PDF and editable text downloads
Document review checks readable supplied English text for consistency and missing information. It does not authenticate documents, certify translations, read handwriting or guarantee that every issue is detected. Unreadable or unsupported evidence needs your review. Supporting letters depend on the facts you provide; a sponsor, employer or host must verify and sign their own statement. The form companion helps you prepare answers; it does not fill or submit an official application for you.
The kit is prepared using automated tools, including AI. Review and correct every draft before using it. No human immigration-adviser review, legal representation, official decision or approval guarantee is included. No flight ticket, hotel reservation, insurance policy, government fee or appointment is supplied.
Price, payment and delivery
The one-time consumer price is €19 per kit, including any applicable tax. No subscription or recurring charge is created. Any currency-conversion fee charged by your bank is separate. Stripe handles payment details. Your saved kit is unlocked in the same signed-in workspace after successful payment confirmation. If confirmation is delayed, return to your workspace or contact support; do not pay twice.
You request digital delivery after payment. You can download the PDF and editable text. Save your own copy: workspace files expire 90 days after the kit was created, or earlier if you delete them. The free study PDF requires sign-in but no purchase.
14-day full-refund policy
You can cancel a paid kit purchase for any reason within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, including if you have already downloaded it. Email theagisolutions@gmail.com with your account email and order reference, if available. No special wording is required. We will arrange reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days of your request; your bank may take additional time to display it. Refunds end access to the refunded kit. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a defective service.
Optional cancellation wording: “I wish to cancel my DenmarkConsulate.com visa-kit purchase. My account email is ____, my order reference is ____, and I paid on ____.” Send it by email or post to the operator address above. You do not need to explain why.
Your information and responsibilities
Use accurate information and genuine evidence. Do not use the product to fabricate a booking, signature, financial record or other evidence. Check current official requirements, your correct application location and the accepting submission route before purchasing. You submit any official application yourself. Work, long-term study, citizenship applications, minors and complex legal cases are outside this paid kit’s scope.
Privacy and saved work
See our privacy notice for account information, document processing, retention and optional analytics. Do not provide information unnecessary for your preparation. You can delete saved cases and their files from the workspace. Payment and consent records are separate from the documents and may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations.
Problems and complaints
Contact theagisolutions@gmail.com about access, delivery, corrections, cancellation or a complaint. Include a short description and any displayed request ID. We do not provide emergency or time-critical immigration support. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the version accepted for an existing order remains recorded with that order.
