Help us find your order
Include your account email, the order reference if you have one, and a short description of the problem. If an error shows a request ID, include it. Do not email passport scans, card details or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Payment and refunds
Paid checkout is not open yet. Early-access preparation and the study guide are free. The purchase terms below apply when checkout opens.
For an eligible paid purchase, ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, even if you downloaded your kit. A simple email saying you want to cancel is sufficient. See the full service and refund terms.
Official application questions
We help with using this preparation product. We cannot book an appointment, issue a visa, contact an authority for you, certify evidence or act as your legal representative. For official requirements, start with your country guide and the linked Danish authority.
Privacy requests
You can delete saved kits from your workspace. For account deletion, access or correction requests, email us from your account address. Read our privacy notice.
